Jail for Parents Forcing Under-aged Marriages?

A Swedish government-commissioned study has made strong recommendations to stop parents from taking their children abroad to get married before the age of 16.

The proposal turned over to Justice Minister Beatrice Ask Tuesday calls for prison sentences of up to 2 years for sending child abroad for an arranged marriage.
