Sweden has a leading role to play in the talks as it prepares to take over the rotating Presidency of the EU from the Czech Republic in July.

Foreign Minister Carld Bildt will also be there during a day of meetings in which United States President Barack Obama is set to outline his vision of a world free of nuclear weapons.
