Sensitive Information to Terrorists?

The security service of the Swedish policy have reportedly warned the government they are providing terrorists with information about nuclear energy, sewage treatment plants and other sensitive targets.

The newspaper “Sydsvenska Dagbladet” writes that the warning comes because the European Commision’s Inspire directive.

This requires that member states maintain electronic databases of important infrastructure information available to the public. It’s believed to be important to strengthen environmental awareness.

The head of the police security service, Anders Danielsson, tells the newspaper that making this information available could have devastating and irreversible consequences.
