Reinfeldt, Sahlin Clash in TV Debate

Sweden’s two main political opponents clashed Sunday night on Swedish Television. In a debate that was meant to merely deal with issues that are related to the EU, both centre-right Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt and Social democratic opposition leader Mona Sahlin argued over domestic issues like tax cuts and the future of the Swedish welfare state.
