Electronic Tags on Juveniles to Take 3 Years

Radio Sweden's Bill Schiller discussed tagging with Sweden's Justice Minister Beatrice Ask and some foreign researchers attending the ongoing Stockholm Symposium on Criminology where on Tuesday morning, the main theme was tackling youth crime.
