EU Rules Against Size Regulations

A European Union court has rejected Swedish regulations about the size of a group filing a complaint about environmental violations.

The court rules that even smaller groups have the right to file a complaint - and the Swedish regulations are unfair when they demand that a protesting group must have at least 2,000 members.
