No Green House Finance Plans

As Sweden gets ready as European Union president to host next week's EU finance minister's meeting, observers claim that there is still no agreement on how the EU is to pay for measures to help the developing nations diminish green house pollution.

The Swedish minister of finance, Anders Borg, says more efforts will be made in order to make progress next week on solving the problems so that they don't have to be left to the prime ministers' meeting at the United Nations conference on the environment coming up in Copenhagen in December.
