Many Death Threats Against Social Workers - No Indictments

Many Swedish social workers receive death threats by persons who feel let down by the authorities. But a Swedish Radio research shows that none of 158 social workers' complaints filed with the police have led to indictments.

In some cases prosecutors did not even launch investigations. According to the report many social workers were told by police that receiving death threats and being exposed to violence was part of their job.
