Turn to Right in Tough Times

An opinion poll shows that the current centre-right government has a massive lead over the red-green opposition - as far as handling an economic crisis goes.

When asked 'who do you think is best at dealing with severe economic crises' 54 per cent picked a centre-right government, over just 29 per cent who chose a red-green one. And 16 per cent are undecided.

The survey was carried out by Sifo on behalf of news agency TT.
