Parentless Asylum Kids to Foster Homes

Swedish Radio News reports that more and more refugee children arriving here without parents are being placed in foster homes, rather than orphanages.

The trend follows responsibility for the children being transferred to municipalities from the national immigration authorities. Twenty-seven Swedish municipalities are now placing the parentless children with ordinary families.
