More Swedes Attempt Suicide

More and more Swedes are attempting suicide. According to a report from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare, women between 15- and 24-years-old are the most likely to attempt suicide.

That age group has seen the biggest rise in numbers with just over 8 women in every 100,000 in 2006 trying to take their own life.

It is the highest figure since 1979.
