Supermarket Chain Recalls Mince Beef

The supermarket chain ”Ica” recalled 16 tons of mince beef on Friday after high levels of bacteria were found.

Ica says there is no danger for customers. One possible explanation is that the animals were dirty at the time of slaughter.

The supermarket chain has recently emerged from a mince beef scandal after being accused of falsifying expiry dates on mince beef packages.
