Researchers Warn Against Noro Virus

Every winter, thousands of Swedes fall ill with the ”vinterkräksjuka,” translated as the ”winter vomiting disease.”

This highly contagious virus has already lead to temporary problems in some parts of the country. Now, the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control warns of even more extensive consequences of the illness.

According to scientists the virus has increased its resistance and is likely to plague Swedes almost all the year-round.
