Wednesday Weather

The Swedish weather service has issued a serious flood warning for the rivers along the northern coast. This follows the spring melting of this winter’s unusually heavy snowpack. Such a class 3 warning is typically issued here only twice a century.

Otherwise, it’s cloudy with some rain in the north, but mostly sunny in the south.

Temperatures at 12:00 noon:

Stockholm 15 degrees Celsius
Malmö 19
Gothenburg 17
Kiruna 5

The sun rose in Stockholm at 4:35AM, with sunset at 8:58 PM.
