8,000 Year Old Drawing of Human Found

An Archeologist has discovered an 8,000 year old drawing of a human being.

Speaking to Swedish Radio, Bengt Nordqvist explained he found the figure on a pickaxe which was already part of a museum in Gothenburg.

The pickaxe from Stone Age had been sold to the museum in 1875 – without anybody noticing that it actually is depicting a human being. According to Nordqvist, this discovery could be the oldest depiction of man known in Sweden.
