Sweden, NATO to Buy Giant Transport Plane

Neutral Sweden and Finland are joining 10 NATO members to buy 3 of the world’s biggest transport plans – the Boeing C-17.

  

With its contribution of some 200 million dollars during the first 4 years of the project, Swedes will be able to use a giant plane for its foreign peace-keeping operations – with 500 flying hours.
