King Upsets WWF With Wolf Comments
The King of Sweden has given his support for hunting wolves.
King Carl Gustaf XVI says shooting the predators will help build up the number of moose in this country.
The moose hunting season also began this week in the south of Sweden. A cap of 80,000 has been put on the number of animals allowed to be shot during the season.
The World Wide Fund for Nature are said to be far from pleased with the King’s comments. Sweden’s King is the president of the Swedish branch of the charity.
