Spring Time Bad for Heart

A new Swedish study shows that when clocks ’fall back’ for winter time, a handfull of people are saved from heart attacks. But when the clocks ’spring forward’, the risk of heart attacks rises by about five percent.

This is due to gaining or losing an hour of sleep, according to research published in the New England Journal of Medicine.
