Growth Predictions Worsen

Sweden’s Finance Minister Anders Borg presented new, more worrying, figures for the Swedish economy on Tuesday.

He said that the country’s rate of growth is the lowest in 30 years.

And that next year the economy would grow no more than +0.1 percent but might shrink by -1.2 percent.

The government predicts that by 2010 Sweden’s economy will be growing again.
