Pirate Bay Judge Conflict of Interest?

Last Friday a Swedish court found the four defendants in the Pirate Bay trial guilty, and sentenced them each to one year in prison and more than 3 million dollars in damages to the entertainment industry.

But after reports that the judge in the case may have had a serious conflict of interest, there have been calls for a retrial.
