Swedish Embassy in Baghdad to Re-Open

The security situation is slightly improving

After almost two decades, Sweden is to re-open its embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. Ambassador Niclas Trouvé told Swedish Radio International that he will take office in the Iraqi capital in the early summer. The decision has been taken already a while ago, but held off due to security reasons.
