Sales of Housing Cooperatives on the Down

The sale of housing cooperatives – so called “bostadsrätter” - in Sweden is on the down. New figures presented by Statistics Sweden show that the number of housing cooperatives that were sold last year went down by 12 percent. In total, 88,000 non-rented apartments were sold at an average price of 143,000 dollars. This is a decline of four percent compared with the year before. (ah)
