Inflation Rate Declines

Consumer prices in Sweden have gone down 0.5 percent between June and July, as new calculations by Statistics Sweden show. The inflation rate during the previous month declined to 0.9 percent – compared to 0.6 percent in June. According to Statistics Sweden decreased mortgage costs and lower prices for fuel and clothes contributed to the inflation. (ah)
