Anti-Smacking Law Still Causes Disputes

As the first country in the world Sweden banned the corporal punishment of children 30 years ago in 1979, setting an example fallowed by other countries around the world. According to official figures, one out of hundred Swedish children is spanked by parents today. But the law which is held up as a model by child rights activists is still causing dispute.
