Swedish Economy Getting Brighter

The Swedish National Institute of Economic Research released figures on Friday that indicate a brighter financial future for the country, news wire TT reports. According to the Institute, the recession has bottomed out, leaving room for much financial improvement.

Sweden’s BNP has dropped 4.4% this year, but it will increase 2.7% next year and 3.3% in 2011, the Institute says.

Unemployment will continue to be rather high, however, with a figure of 10.1% predicted for next year.
