Electricians Unions and employers are back round the negotiating table Wednesday, to try to come to a deal over a new collective agreement, according to Swedish news agency TT.
Talks between the two sides have been stalled since 15th April when the Electricians Union introduced an overtime ban, affecting 1900 members. They have also stopped all repairs to Sweden's hydroelectric power plants, meaning 38 plants have faced problems.
It is hoped that the recent deal between paper mill owners and unions may mean a deal in the electricians' sector may be closer. The new collective agreement will regulate pay and working conditions over the next few years.
