Shortage of job coaches for immigrants

Sweden is facing a shortage of coaches for newly arrived immigrants. New rules mean that Sweden's Employment Service will take over responsibility for getting immigrants into jobs from the local councils, and much of the job is to be outsourced to private companies. However, there is a lack of interest in parts of the country, with approved companies in just 123 of the country's 290 local councils, reports SR International.
