Foreign Peace-keeping soliders buying sex?

A Somalian-born Canadian citizen and huyman rights activist working in his former homeland and often visiting Sweden is sounding the alarm over Western peace-keeping soldiers taking advantage of the desperate situation by purchasing sex from women in the region.

The Swedish minister of defense insists the European Union's legislation banning the purchase of sexual services by EU peace keeping soldiers abroad is sufficient - and doesn't have to be upgraded.

Some Swedish military authorities have been calling for stronger measures - claiming that troops buying sex in Djibouti, Somalia and elsewhere tarnish the reputation of both Swedish and other foreign troops on duty there supposedly helping the local population.
