'May be my last World Championships': Pärson

After a disappointing performance in the women’s downhill ski race, coming ninth place, Swedish champion Anja Pärson told Swedish Television news that it may be her last race.

Meanwhile, Jessika Lindell-Vikarby was the fastest Swede in the championship at seventh place.

“I was actually a bit surprised,” she told Swedish Radio, “it went well in the training during the week, but you never know.”

Tina Maze from Slovenia won the gold medal.
