Swede shot in Tripoli

A Swedish man has been shot during the unrest in the Libyan capital Tripoli, Swedish Radio News reports. He has been treated in hospital, but is back at the house. He is feeling well considering the circumstances. The man is in his 60's and is domiciled in central Sweden. The Swedish Foreign Ministry has been in touch with his family here.

#text=4367177#. Seven of them arrived in Rome from Tripoli on Wednesday evening. They are the first Swedes to be evacuated from Libya.

Another dozen or so people remain in the country, but the Foreign Ministry is optimistic that they can be evacuated relatively soon.
