Avoid travel to Japan say Swedish authorities

Since the weekend the Swedish Foreign Ministry has said that Swedes should avoid travelling to affected areas, unless it is absolutely necessary.

Risks for travellers include a possible breakdown of public services, due to lack of electricity.
