Mobile phone companies must change: Consumer Agency

The majority of mobile phone customers in Sweden are unhappy with the service they get.

Almost no one believes commercials from telephone operators and more than three quarters are wary of the information sales people give them when they are about to buy a phone.

That is according to a damning new study from the Swedish Consumer Agency, which surveyed 3000 telephone customers.
