The trial continued in Malmö Tuesday of Peter Mangs, who is accused of three murders and 12 attempted murders.  Tuesday afternoon the court questioned a friend of the defendant who claims Mangs admitted to him that he had committed one of the three murders.

"'I emptied an entire magazine,' he told me, then he gave me a small smile," says suspected serial killer Peter Mangs' friend who today gave evidence in court where he described their conversation.

Back on the stand afterwards, Mangs denied making the confession. He admitted the conversation took place, but refused to say what they had talked about.

The friend also says that Mangs threatened to kill him, his partner and his daughter if he went to the police with the information.

A man who heard gun shots on the night of Trez West Persson's murder testified Tuesday at the trial against suspected serial killer Peter Mangs, who also stands accused of two earlier murders and 12 attempted murders.
