Parody website shut down

A Swedish-based Greenpeace website has been closed down for parodying an oil company and its plans for palm oil diesel. Swedish Radio News reports that the Finnish state-owned Neste Oil company complained to the hosting company in Sweden that the satire was a copyright violation.
The web host closed down the site without a court order.
The site seems to still be online, however, on the Greenpeace Finland server.
An expert in IT law at Stockholm University tells the TT news agency that it is doubtful there was a copyright violation involved.
