BMW sue Saab Parts

German car manufacturer BMW is to sue Saab Automobile Parts for just under US$ 3 million for unpaid work after delivering engines, reserve parts and carrying out development work, which has not been yet paid for.

The work was part of a deal signed in 2010 to deliver engines for the new model 9-3, which never actually ended up being made, local radio channel P4 Väst reports.

BMW cannot sue the division's mother company SAAB Automobile, as it has gone bankrupt.
