The French have their beaujolais, the Swedes their fermented herring and the much-awaited seasonal premier was this weekend! But despite the hype (and the smell) surrounding this northern delicacy, far from all Swedes have dared put the silver-scaled rotting fish to test... Including our reporter Sophie Vukovic. That's until she met surströmming expert Christina Möller.
