The global climate summit started yesterday in the Gulf city of Qatar. The official aim is to sign an agreement to replace the Kyoto Protocol. The head of the Swedish Association for Nature Conservation is Svante Axelsson. He says that a new agreement does need to be signed, but that what Sweden really needs to do is show that it's willing to open its bank account, because the key thing he wants is for Sweden to help countries develop in a sustainable way.
