New site to help victims of net bullying

An anti-discrimination organisation in Uppsala county has started Sweden's first online site to report hate-speech on the internet.

Swedes who feel they are the victims of online attacks can turn to the site for advice, and help in reporting the problem to the police, according to daily Svenska Dagbladet.
