Swede wins double gold in ski orienteering

Sweden's Tove Alexandersson and Peter Arnesson both grabbed a gold medal at the World Championships in Ski Orienteering held in Kazakhstan today, reports Swedish Radio Sport.

This means both of the first races of the championships were won by Swedes. Tove Alexandersson finished her sprint just six seconds before Finland's Mervi Pesu, while Arnesson won his race by 14.5 seconds, according to the International Orienteering Federation's website.
