Nordic countries search for tax evaders

Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland are mobilizing their forces to catch tax evaders, reports Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet.

The Nordic “coalition” will use close to 400 tax experts to help them find money that its citizens have invested in other countries. Money that perhaps wasn't reported in their respective countries. In 2006, the Nordic Council of Ministers signed agreements with 40 countries to freely exchange information. Four tax havens still remain.
