Eurovision bigwigs meet in Malmö
The 2013 Eurovision Song Contest took another step forward Monday, as representatives of the 39 competing countries gathered for a meeting in Malmö, where they met with representatives of the European Broadcasting Union and Swedish Television.
As well as officially handing in documents, videos and audio of their competing entries, the "Head of Delegations", as they are known, were also briefed about the plans for the show.
All 39 entries for the contest have now been selected, and current favourites according to the bookies are Denmark, Norway and The Netherlands.
The Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Malmö Arena in mid-May, with rehearsals beginning two weeks beforehand.
