Stockholm to open first needle exchange in April

Stockholm's first needle exchange center for intravenous drug users will open in the beginning of April.  Experts hope the needle exchange will help by giving users safe needles but also providing an array of other health services. After years of advocacy work to bring it to Stockholm, many people see the needle exchange program as a huge victory. But there is still some strong resistance to the idea. Radio Sweden reports.
