Firefighters struggle to put out flames in northern Sweden

Lightning strikes in the northern Sweden started forest and grass fires on Saturday afternoon.

Emergency services are working to put out fires in Överkalix, Boden, Harads, Jokkmokk and Pajala, according to the online version of the newspaper Norrbottens-Kuriren.

A helicopter has been called in to help the firefighters, who are facing difficulties because strong winds.
