Court says no to home schooling

The Supreme Administrative Court has ruled against allowing home schooling in Sweden.

The issue attracted attention when a Jewish Orthodox family wanted their four daughters to receive home schooling rather than attend a normal school.

The court says there are no exceptional reasons to allow home schooling. The decision will be a guide to lower level courts deciding in similar cases.
