Police suspect mink farm link to axe attack

Police are investigating an attack in the town of Ulricehamn, east of Gothenburg, suspected to have been carried out by animal rights activists, the TT news agency reports.

According to local media, two axes were thrown into the home of a woman whose relatives are believed to own a mink farm.

Mink farming is increasingly popular in Sweden.
