Flooding halts trains in north

Rail traffic between Söderhamn and Hudiksvall has come to a halt, because of a flooded tunnel in Söderhamn. A northbound that got stuck in the waters had to be towed out of the tunnel.

It’s unclear when traffic will be able to resume. In the meantime buses are carrying passengers over the route. However, more rain is expected in the province of Hälsingland during the day.
