Ever wanted to live like Bilbo Baggins? You could be in luck if you live near the Stockholm archipelago. An old estate, long owned by the military, is being brought back to life with the help of some inspiration from fiction.

Radio Sweden spoke to Simon Dale, the designer involved in this project by company Drömgården.

He has already built a few versions of Bag End in the UK but is now facing a bigger challenge: build a village of around 30 hobbit houses as part of a development of about 250 homes on the island of Muskö.

But will a hobbit home feel a bit... Small?
