Swedish Royal Library Cracks Down to Stop Thieves

  The Royal Swedish library is calling for increased security – to make it harder for thieves to steal valuable books and sell them on the black market.

  This comes almost a year after a late library employee was caught stealing exclusive foreign-language novels from the downtown Stockholm library and other university libraries – selling them for high prices.
