What you need:
75g butter (room temperature)
1 ½dl sugar
1tbsp vanilla sugar
4 dl dry oatmeal
2tbsp cocoa powder
3tbsp cold coffee
What you do:
Mix all the dry ingredients together thoroughly. Add the butter and mix well. Add the cold coffee.
Roll balls about the size of ping pong balls and roll them in the coconut.
The dough should be sticky enough that the flaked coconut will cling to it. If not, add a little more coffee. If it’s too moist, add a bit more oatmeal.
If you aren’t a fan of coconut, you can roll the balls in sprinkles, pearl sugar, oatmeal, shaved chocolate or anything else that strikes your fancy.
The recipe will yield about 12 to fifteen balls and can easily be multiplied.
