EPA pushes for winter wolf hunt

Hunters may be able to shoot wolves this winter after all, as the Environmental Protection Agency is appealing against the court decision to stop the hunt.

On Wednesday the Administrative Court decided that the hunt in areas including Dalarna should be stopped, after complaints form environmental groups.

"We want the hunt to happen, and we want more clarity on the issues, so we want the case to be properly proven in the court," says Maria Ågren of the EPA to Swedish Radio News.
